School Cash Online is an easy-to-use and safe way to pay for your children's school fees.  For safety and efficiency, we would like to reduce the amount of cash and cheques coming into our school.  We encourage parents to register and enjoy the convenience of paying ONLINE!  Registration is easy and quick - register, confirm your email, and attach your children to your account.  Please see the attachments below for more information, including registration details and set up on your mobile device. 


 

How to Register Online for School Cash Online:

Step 1:   Please click on this link: https://richmondsd38.schoolcashonline.com

Step 2:   Register by selecting the “Register” and following the steps to fill in your information and questions.

Step 3:   After you created an account you will need to check your email inbox to receive the confirmation.

Once you will receive the email, click the link option.

Login in and add each of your children to your household account. 

This step will connect your children to your account.

1. Enter the School Board Name. (Richmond School District No. 38)

2. Enter the School Name. (A.R. MacNeill Secondary School)

3. Enter Your Child’s Student Number and Last Name. (Pupil Number-located on your MyEd BC profile not the PEN number)

4. Once you are finished Select Confirm.

5. On the next page confirm how you are related to the child, check in the Agree box and select Continue.

6. Your child has been added to your account.
