Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 5 in conjunction with the Richmond Fire Fighters offer an annual scholarship to a Richmond student graduating from a Richmond high school. The bursary is in memory of Reverend John D. (Jock) Murdoch and will be awarded to a student planning to major in fine art at a post-secondary institute. The maximum funds paid on behalf of any one person is $1000.00.
