To apply for this educational assistance bursary ($500 - $4000), applicants must be over the age of 19 years and must have been permanent wards of the Superintendent of Family and Child Service in the Ministry of Social Services and Housing/or its successors, and who meet the criteria deemed appropriate by the Trustee.
