Applications for nomination to the Cmolik Foundation Scholarship are now open for graduating grade 12 students. Check eligibility requirements and pick up an application in the counselling centre. Applications are due to Ms. Pasin before noon on Monday, January 23.

As a thank you for participating, we’re running a scavenger hunt around the school today until 3 pm tomorrow. Simply look for single-use plastic bottles around the school labelled “Green Team,” scan the QR code, and bring the bottle to Mr. Hockley’s room, or Room 246, for a chance to win a Klean Kanteen water bottle! And don’t forget, tomorrow is Thermal Thursday, so make sure to dress warm because we’ll be shutting off the heat.

With Week 2 of the Reading Riot behind us, multiple books are emerging as your favourite title this year such as Dune Vol 1, We Were Dreamers, Over My Dead Body, Iron Widow and a Blanket of Butterflies. Several titles are also now available to borrow, and don't forget that you can place holds as well. Haley Chan and Vivian Tran have joined the group of readers who have completed the reading riot challenge - congratulations! Shanelle Goronal has read all 12 titles - amazing! The winner of this week's prize draw is Leilah Rusimovici in grade 8.
