HE: Foods Studies Level 1 (Foods 10)
This course will introduce you to the foundations of a nutritionally balanced diet. You will learn about safety in the kitchen, as well as how to prevent foodborne illness. Throughout the course you will plan and prepare simple, balanced meals while also focussing on food from various cultures. This course is perfect for any student that has an interest in learning more about the foods we eat and wants to increase their skills in the kitchen.
