The Dry Grad Parent Committee is looking for volunteers to help out with organizing, decorating, fundraising, supervision on the night of the event and clean-up. We would like one family member of each child attending Dry Grad to volunteer for a couple of hours throughout the three days leading up to the event and the one day following the event. Attached is a list of jobs plus a volunteer sign-up sheet. Please return the forms to us as soon as possible but no later than June 2. This event is organized exclusively by volunteer parents. This event cannot occur without a large number of parent volunteers, and we urge parents to step up and support this great event by joining the Dry Grad Committee and volunteering to help out. Forms can be dropped off at the school office. Thank you.
What is Dry Grad?
The MacNeill Secondary School Dry Grad Committee is planning an alcohol-free graduation event for the 2017 graduating class. The Dry Grad committee is comprised of parents who are charged with organizing safe transportation to and from the dinner/dance and planning the Dry Grad event. When students finish the dinner/dance, they will be transported back to MacNeill Secondary for a safe all-night party complete with great music, food, entertainment, activities, prizes and more! Our goal is to encourage all grads to attend this farewell party and to make this a fun, safe, and memorable event. You are welcome to join our next meeting!
