The Richmond School District is working in partnership with an online payment system to increase the convenience for parents to pay for optional field trips, Incentive fees, graduation and special events, athletic and club fees, the basic school fee (i.e. agenda book, communication, etc.) and the yearbook. MacNeill Secondary School will now be offering School Cash Online which provides families with the convenience of paying online. Please note, credit card payments are not yet operational, but will be available later in the 2018-2019 school year. If parents have any questions about school fees or need to arrange a payment plan, contact our Business Assistant in the main office. All family information will remain confidential. Please note that all students will be receiving their 2018-19 school fees statement on Thursday Sept 27, 2018.
Please follow the link below to register online (it takes less than 5 minutes). Once you have registered your child(ren), you will be able to see when they have a new item posted online for purchase. You also have the option to be notified whenever your child(ren) has a new school fee due, so you don’t have to worry about missing a deadline. In order to register, you will need your son/daughter’s student number (which they should know, or can be found on their timetable, Go-Card, their report card or in the profile on the student portal for MyEd)

Step 2: Register by selecting “Get Started Today” and following the steps. Please remember to choose “YES” to receiving notifications.
Step 3: After you receive the confirmation email, select the “click here” option, login in and add each of your children to your household account.
PLEASE NOTE: Our school’s general school fees are included in the Statement of Account that will be distributed to all students on Sept. 27, 2018. Any additonal optional field trip or athletics fees, etc., will be added to student accounts as the year progresses.
If you have any questions during the registration process or while paying online, please select the SUPPORT option in the bottom right hand area of the screen. There is also a LANGUAGE selection in the bottom left area of the screen to change the language preference.
